KEY FEATURES & APPLICATIONS
– It makes the fabric has excellent hydrophilic, moisture-wicking when finishing.
– It makes the fabric has excellent properties, such as antistatic, stain resistance, easy stain removal and puffy.
– Disperse and dissolve the oligomers decomposed by polyester during high temperature and high pressure dyeing to improve the color and brightness of the fabric.
– Prevent defects such as creases and chicken paw prints caused by long-term extrusion of polyester in overflow dyeing.
– The finished fabric effectively prevents pinholess.
HOW TO USE （for reference）
Under the condition of 10% content, it can be used as the following varieties：
1. Moisture-wicking finishing agent：
The dosage of printing and dyeing factory: dyeing under high temperature and pressure 2~4% or finishing 20~40g/L.
2. Polyester comfort finisher：
The dosage of printing and dyeing factory: high temperature and high pressure dyeing: 2~4% or finishing: 20~40g/L.
The production conditions are as follows:
Water → moisture wicking finishing agent→ stirring at 80℃ for 60~90 minutes→ filter and discharge.
